Clarification on Group Patta needed.

Hi ,We had obtained our group patta in the year Dec 29,2011 with Tamil Nadu Revenue department submitting our orientation plan confirming our boundary and document proof of owners residing within the piece of land since 1986 .Now we have our neighbouring colony stating that their piece of land is in our boundary and wanted to go for re-evaluation of our group patta that was issued 7 years back.My question is that is there any legal possibility of our neighbouring colony revalidating our group patta
Religion : Hindu
Anybody can raise any issue before the revenue authorities and get it cleared. But you have to analyse whether they have any material to show for supporting ther case. Apart from that you have to take a good legal assistance in this regard for making proper legal submissions.
