Q: Judgement/ final judgement/ case disposed

My case was disposed in last month. Can't get judgement copy till now? In online status shows copy of judgement. But can't download. Why?

Advocate Gokulakrishnan A answered
Sometimes this happens due to an error in the website. You can contact your advocate and follow it personally also to obtain an order copy. Mostly once the judgement is ready and uploaded in the website, it will get automatically ready in the mode of hard copy also and hence sometimes some error may occur and you may set it right through their council concerned.

Opponent have only loan agreement and no evidence and proof for taken loan from him which side the case should be goes?

Advocate Gokulakrishnan A answered
If you have not received the loan amount, you can ask for the lender to provide the supporting documents for the amount given to you.
