I just found out my husband filed rcr on me and it's in ex parte evidence stage. Almost going to end next month. Kindly tell me if I can fight the rcr case now, need a lawyer.

Even in the ex parte order stage you can enter into the case and set aside the ex parte order and for a counter and contest the case. Even after passing of the order in exparte you can proceed by filing appropriate petition before the court.

Q: Question about to claim my Wife share from her father property

My father in law has 3 daughters and 1 son.Father of my wife written share his house property to her elder sister and brother.my wife and my sister in law don't know about this sharing.ow her brother not ready to give my wife share. Is there any possibilities to claim the share of my wife?we are Muslims.

If the property is the self acquired property that is the property acquired by their self earnings then they can ride the property in the name of any person including the strangers. If it is ancestral property you can claim the right over the property through court of law as you are entitled by way of partnership suit

My case was disposed in last month. Can't get judgement copy till now? In online status shows copy of judgement. But can't download. Why?

Sometimes this happens due to an error in the website. You can contact your advocate and follow it personally also to obtain an order copy. Mostly once the judgement is ready and uploaded in the website, it will get automatically ready in the mode of hard copy also and hence sometimes some error may occur and you may set it right through their council concerned.

Q: The status of Son after conversion

I am a Hindu Father one of my son converts himself from Hindu to Muslim for marrying a Muslim Girl My Question is What is the status of my son after conversion Can he claim the relationship with me and my family ?

Once a son is always the sun. Unless his DNA is changed your status as a father will not go away and he is born to you. Right to Practice any religion is vested with the individual concerned and that will not take away any social rights prevailing.

Q: need clarification for loan agreement case

Opponent have only loan agreement and no evidence and proof for taken loan from him which side the case should be goes?

If you have not received the loan amount, you can ask for the lender to provide the supporting documents for the amount given to you. Unless he proves that the amount given to you before the court he cannot claim any amount. Hence you are requested to work out the remedy is to defeat the mode of transaction.
