Change of mother's name in marksheet of class 10 and 12

Sir i born in 2000 and my mom died in 2005.I havent mentioned late before her name in any of marksheet .ow my father married with another women and all the documents including adhaar is on her name.Many of govt. Are asking for mom's adhar card so what should i do in this situation???please
