Can I Include new respondents additionally in a WP filed already

I filed a WP in madras HC as party in person last month. Notice has been sent to respondents. Now I want to include two more new respondents and pray for interim stay. Wts d procedure sir.
Since you have not initially made them as a party to your Writ Petition, you must now file an impleading petition to implead those parties. Once that is done, the HC will serve notice upon them. Upon hearing those parties, HC will deem fit if they are necessary parties and subsequent thereof, you can seek a stay order against those respondents incase your impleading petition is allowed.
