Agriculture land problem occupied by my brother. So can i go injuction

As per land records we have some land which is occupied by my brother and having possesion from last 20 years as i was working in hyderabad and now he his not allowing me. So what is the solution for this problem sir
Unless the landed property is your brother's self acquired (what I mean that if the property is your ansestral)no one can stop you from getting your legitimate share from the property. you can not get any injunction orders against the member of joint family member but, you can sue your brother for your share of property and meanwhile you can pray the court for an interim order against your brother for not alienate the property on the name of 3rd parties untill disposal of your case.
