Agriculture land possession mismatch with other party

24-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
We have purchased a land in 1995. The sale deed was executed with the below details: Boundaries:Correctly mentioned as of today's possession. Survey no: 89/6 which is incorrect. Actual survey number of the property is 88/6. Now, some one else is occupied in 89/6. How can we correct it if mutual understanding is not there with other party. Does boundaries in the sale deed defend my possession in court? Please advice.
