Acceptance of gift deed by natural guardian made in favour of minor

as per hindu law, what is the procedure to made a gift deed in favour of Minor? my mother wants to prepare gift deed of the property situated at Bhandup in favour of my daughter but my Daughter is just 10 years old and i am her natural guardian. is it necessary to acquire Guardianship Certificate? i have agreement copy of the said property, Residential Proof of the said Property.
as your mother competent to give her own property you are a minor son aur daughter h par Har wish you are the natural guardian of your daughter thanks it is not necessary 2 required any Garden ship certificate for making the gift deed and register it please contact to me immediately please take the note do not register the gift did without lawyer please contact with me immediately
