PRIMARY CUSTODIAN PREVENTING VISITATIONS

The child here is 3 years old and lives with the primary custodian who is the mother. They stay in the mother's parent's house. I am settles in Chennai, whenever I try to visit my child they (the mother and her family), keeps disrespecting, using belittling words and slurs and makes the kid say things she doesn't want to tell me. Due to this I'm unable to see my kid. I have waited at the gate for hours and was denied my kid. This has happened multiple times. How do I proceed?
you can approach the family court at the place where the child presently resides with a petition under Guardians and Wards Act. The interim custody of the child can be claimed through an interlocutory application in the main petition.
