Contempt Of Court If Did Not Follow Court Orders

I filed GWA in May 2022. Repondent did not filed reply yet. On 6th January 2023 I filed application to Strike off defence of the respondent. 3-4 more dated are passed. But respondent did not filed reply on strike off defence application. Can I file contempt that she is deliberately not filing reply on strike off defence application ??
yiu can file an application for ex- parte order to the court stating that the other party is deliberately not follwing the due process of law and is wasting the precious. time of thid court and get the order
