Q: Received Contested divorce notice from wife ..is lawyer representation

I got a contested divorce notice from my wife . I have 1st hearing on 8th Feb ..due to my work commitments and my father testing positive for Covid ..I won’t be able to get time to appoint a lawyer …i will be going with reply to notice myself without a lawyer in 1st hearing..is it fine according to indian Legal procedures

Q: Mutual divorce- tensed if husband changed his mind after mutual

Hlo, sir i have been filed mutual divorce in jan 19th.. after 1 year of contested divorce i have convinced my husband to sign mutual petition.. but im tensed that he will change his mind and say against in councelling amd last verbal question in the court..that he will say change his word. What to do sir.. he had told my friend that he want to irritate me so he will say against in mutual. How to prevent it

haiu file a fresh independent divorce petition before the court and case will contest and get the divorce there is no other option. and also u must file a case aganist him for maintainse and return of dowry other remedy u must convinced the husband thank u

HiI am Christian married man looking for a mutual consent divorce. My wife and I are currently living together but we have decided to get divorced by mutual consent. Do we have to prove we are living separately before filing for a divorce? If yes, how many months/years we need to live separately? And also what is the acceptable document to prove Evidence relating to the failed attempts of reconciliation?ThanksAlex

u can file a mutual divorce petiton before the family court. now u and wife living together thats not a problemafter filing a divorce petition 6 months time period will there after that u can get the divorce any clarification u can contact me sith regards adv justin

ഞാൻ ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ ജാക്കോബൈറ്റ് സമുദായത്തിൽ പെട്ടതാണ്.അച്ഛന്റെയും അമ്മയുടെയും പേരിൽ കിടക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തിൽ (50 cent ) അച്ഛന്റ്റെ അവകാശത്തിൽ പെട്ട 10 cent എനിക്ക് അച്ഛൻ എഴുതി ആധാരം ചെയ്യ്തു തന്നു (ധന നിശ്ചയ ആധാരം-" എന്റെ അവകാശത്തിൽ പെട്ടതിൽ നിന്ന് 10 cent " ).. ഊട് കൂറ് ആയിട്ടാണ് ആധാരത്തിൽ പറയുന്നത് .. അമ്മ അതിനു മുന്നേ മരിച്ചു പോയിരുന്നു...ഇപ്പോൾ അച്ഛനും മരിച്ചു പോയി . സ്ഥലം വെറുതെ കിടക്കുന്നു . 6 മക്കൾ ഉള്ളതിൽ ഒരു സഹോദരൻ ഈ സ്ഥലം എഴുതി തന്നതിൽ എതിര് നിക്കുകയാണ് . ഈ സഹോദരൻ പറയുന്നത് ഇത് valid അല്ല എന്നാണ് ... ഈ സ്ഥലം എനിക്ക് കിട്ടുമോ? ഇത് അളന്നു തിരിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്നതിന് ഞാൻ എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം ?
