Wife wants divorce and 50% of wealth. Wife was caught by husband in an extra merital affairs with proof. But the proof does not proves physical relationship. Now wife does not want to live with husband. Wife has stopped physical relationship with husband. Wife planning to take son abroad and wife's mother helping. Process for moving abroad has started. Son is in teens but minor and is in mother's control. Is it possible for husband to intervene and stop the son going with wife legally.
