Civil Revision in HC Dismissed

I filed a civil revision in High Court. The judge dismissed the revision petition. What is remedy now. I have to file Appeal or Revision in supreme court ??
First of all you will told your advocate about the whole matter in which matter you want to file an appeal or revision petition . Fix an appointment with an advocate and told them about the matter and then they will told you whether you should file revision petition or not
