Clarification regarding child custody

if a divorced lady don't earn and live at her mother home but i do job and earn well, who will be most near to custody of child after fiver year. if she remarry, then who will custody of child after five year. Can before five year also, a father take custody of child if mother don't earn.
विशेष परिस्थितियों को छोड़कर पाँच वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के बच्चों का नैसर्गिक अभिभावक "पिता" को ही माना जाता है।
यदि माँ तलाक होने के पश्चात दूसरा विवाह करती है, तो आप बच्चे की कस्टडी के लिए संबंधित परिवार न्यायालय में याचिका दायर कर सकते हैं।
यदि माँ स्वयं अपने अभिभावकों पर आश्रित है तथा साथ ही बच्चे की उम्र भी पाँच वर्ष से अधिक है, तो आप न्यायालय से निश्चित ही बच्चे की कस्टडी प्राप्त करने के हकदार हैं।

yes father is fully eligible thi take custody of child . father has tho present facts in court as why he should be given custody and why not to mother. father can get custody easily if good grounds are given.
