In which and what kind of cases first specify the facts of the case so that we can better advise u on this point. The procedure of the bail is given in the 437-439 of the cr.p.c. and you can go through the same and file a bail application in the case accordingly.

You simply have to file a bail application before the concerned court and if court find it fit he will grant the bail in non bailable case but if it is bailable case court will grant you bail outright. for better advice you need to personally come and explain the facts and situation of your case then only I can advice you properly.

My dear friend
what is the crux of the case. but if it is bail jump then you should apply your bail on the ground which were beyond you. If trial court has dismissed your bail. then apply the bail under section 439 in the session court. If session court has dismissed your bail you should apply for the bail in the High court. All depend on the circumstances.
