Q: Can i divorce my wife if she is pregnant by another man ?

I am male and I filed divorce a month ago. We are given six months later date for final motion. In this month I came to know my wife is pregnant by some other man. I was shocked as I didn't imagine she would do such thing to me. I want to know will this effect my final hearing because she is taking this pregnancy as an advantage. I don't want to take this responsibility and I really wanted to get divorce for betterment of my family. what if my wife gets pregnant by another man during divorce ? Please advice what should I do now and how it will effect our final hearing.

My dear friend , as you stated you have filed a petition for divorce before the concerned family court . Have you file mutual divorce petition before the court ? and are you both residing separately ? then don't take burden your self because of it will be clearly showing by your wife side that she is living in illicit relation. In my opinion it will not effect you. You just state in mutual divorce petition that in this cooling off period that you both were living in separate.

Q: Case pending in the court at summon/bailable stage what to do

Hello, This is , My first salary case is being processed in court since 4 years, after may hearings and many summons my opponent not coming in court. Current status of case is "summon/bailable" and my advocate says that opponent not being found on his address as he is working outside in India so we can not do anything. Now i am stuck that what should i do? Can you please help?

My dear friend, as you stated in your query, although this is process of the court that case should be decided in the presence of both the parties, but in your case opponent party not coming on the hearing days than first you make the request to court with the application for substitute service, if thereafter no action taken by the court , you must go to high court for writ with pray to fast disposal of the case.

Q: Employer not giving salary want to take legal action

My dear friend, as you stated in your query that your salary has not been given by your employer , don't worry, you can approach to authority of payment of wages for getting the your wages. before approaching the authority a representation has to be given your employer for demand of justice.

Q: Company asking for closed my entry and asking for bonus amount

Dear Sir , I have joined organisation as on 4th OCt 2018. but as per the agreement working hours are 9 hours but in actual almost 14-19 hours are on daily basis . and same time my accident has happened then when i recovered they close my entry into the organisation , now they are demanding the bonus amount . As per the conditions , i have to served the notice but due to close of entry, i am unabe to served , so please guide me

My dear friend , as you stated your problem, you should give representation to your authorities of the company/organization by registered post with all averments . and if notice given by the organization to you then obviously you should reply to that with averments. bonus cannot be recovered illegally.

Q: Am I ineligible for government job if I break the bond of a job

Sir,I am doing a job at a coaching centre and i have a one year bond thereIbut due to unhealthy environment, i am not willing to take class there. If the file a case against me, will i not be eligible for government job in future..?

My dear friend , first of all i want to tell you that don't worry about that you will be not eligible for government job if you not follow the rules as agreed by the bond, but as you say that in unhealthy condition you could not survive the same. In my opinion coaching centre is only fully private job, and it will be not effect your future. It is also that you should file a complain (by registered post) before the high authority of the Coaching centre that what happened with you.
