Could you please guide me on how a mother-in-law can transfer her property to her daughter-in-law? In this case, the son is deceased, and only the daughter-in-law and her three children are living with the mother-in-law in her husband’s parental home. What steps need to be taken to execute this transfer? Additionally, can a mother-in-law gift property to her daughter-in-law, and can a daughter-in-law also gift property to her mother-in-law?

As you mentioned that property belongs to deceased Father in law.After death of father in law without any Will.All of them being legal heirs are others share holder of their share in the Property.Now their name can be entered in land register by moving appropriate application along with Death Certificate of Father in Law.

Their is no time period but however 30 days is proper.In some law their is a time frame provided by law.Its always better and advisable to consult a competent lawyers with the contents of notice.Simply shooting a question on time period of notice is neither here nor their would lead to nowhere.

Any video made by a government employee is like his personally written book so it's his personal asset which is governed by sales of his intellectual Property.Goverment are not barred from carrying out their intellectual work and selling them until unless it affects their regular functioning as a government employee or the video (intellectual property) is a creation as a government employee for his employer.Hope I have answered you question.

Complaint can withdraw the criminal complaint by filing appreciate aplicacion.But in a case where cognizance has been taken and investigation has started then it has to be quashed by High Court having jurisdiction over the matter.

You have not mentioned the city which is a eassancial factor in deciding the Status of property.First factor is what is the status of Land whether it's agriculture land ,government land,land assigned for specific purpose.Transfer of property through power of attorney is not a valid transfer.Possetion of Property is more important.
