if a person has given a cheque and then closes his bank account then file a case under section 138 of negotiable instruments act

apke case mein aap section 138 (Cheque Bounce) criminal case bhi file kar sakte hain.

Sir, agar koi cheqye dene ke baad apna account band karwa le to aap cheque bank main deposit karen aur bounce hone par criminal case zaroor karen. civil recovery suit bhi file kar sakte hain. fees settle karne ke liye aap personally humare office main mile.

Answer- 1:- The existence of the account does not matter in case of dishonor of cheques. The cause of action arises after dishonor of cheque and the person is liable under section 138 of NI Act. The Dishonor of cheque occurs whenever the cheque is returned unpaid for any reason whatsoever. It could occur because of insufficient amount of funds in your bank account or the person might have left instruction with the bank to not honor the cheque.
Answer 2:- The court fee decided as individual matter to matter or nature of dispute and the place of disputed property.
