You should at least appoint your counsel who can file his vakalatnama and duly represent you. Even if you are in abroad, if you have received the summons you shall appear through a counsel before the court.

Hi,

There are methods which can be explored to mark your presence but only your advocate can arrange for the same.

If your case is related to forgery of your signature then a separate must be filed for the same as you defend the case under section 138.

Please consult for further discussion.

Query perused. I would advise you to engage a lawyer at the earliest possible. We will advise you to send the copy of the summons to enable us to move an application for exemption on your behalf. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us. We will manage the court hearing.
