A demand notice has to be sent within one month of cheque getting bounced. After giving a fifteen days time to pay the money to the other party...the case needs to be filed within one month failing which case cannot be filed

Get legal notice issued within 30 days of dishonor of cheque giving 15 days time from the receipt of legal notice for making the payment. If the payment of the bounced cheque is not made after 15 days of receipt of the notice, you have to file complaint before the concerned court within 30 days from the date of expiry of notice period. So, from the date of receipt of notice you will get 30+15= 45 days to file the complaint.

It is a time bound manner in a cheque bounce case.
First of all you have to give a legal notice asap when you receive the information about dishonour of cheque. The said notice has to be drafted very clearly preferably by an advocate. Then the time stipulated in said notice has to be waiting period.
If payment is not made within that period then case has to be filed within one month of expiry of that time.

You have to give a notice to the issuer of the cheque with in thirty days from the date of dishonoring. After completion of thirty days you have to file a complaint in the court. Regards
