Sir, I Am a small business-man. Recently i started a trading business. Sir i gave some material to a customer in Feb 2018 and now he is refusing to give me money. Sir i sent a Legal Notice to that customer but he is not ready to receive that Notice. Sir goodwill of that customer is not good in our market and many of businessman done legal action against him.
Sir please give me some information against my case . I gave him around 2 lac
material and now refusing to give my payment.

If you have given such material and then you must have some receiving from him, or any receipt , any document for giving .material or any person in support of such selling who may appear in court , if so then you may file a FIR for such fraud, cheating against him. you may consult me for the same. I may guide you for legal notice acceptance and it's affect in court.

Sir if he refuses to take the delivery of the notice, there are several other ways in which recovery can be effected from the person concerned. Please see that there are other modes of service as well which are more convenient and are considered valid. The recovery can be made easily if the case goes to the court.
