My cheque case appeal posted for judgement, but the judgement postponing the reason stated for clarification. Nearly 8 times postpond. what is the remedy. I am the complainant, i won the case in fast truck court, now the case is district court
A direction u/s 482 of CrPC Shall be filed before the high court. The reason is genuine one the court will issue direction. The date of reservation of judgement was not mentioned in the case. The reason is unknown.
