My friend not responding to repay my amount I had bounce the check and

Cheque bounce case to my friend and he refused to pay my amount
hi if your friend is not paying the amount and if he had issued the said cheque anf if it is bounced then you need to send a legal notice asking him to repay the amount and if they failed to repay then you could file cheque bounce case

hello sir ok sir I got your point according to contract act your and your friends went with an oral agreement so there by I would suggest u to file a civil case under NIA ACT so that you can legally claim money which u had lend him.

if your customer not paying your amount and he given cheque to you and you bounced his cheque then u file a case in court stating he bounced ur cheque and also cheated you not paying your amount, kindly approach to advocate he will help in filing cheque bounce and cheating case on him
