hello, nothing to worry every hearing you are not supposed to present only at the time of cross or cheif filing in family court or any district court of Ap or telangana,and better along with 498 case you can file for maintenance case too.

hello sure you can file a maintenance case in family court as per your jurisdiction ,you can ask maintenance for you as well as for your duaghter ,if you are working women then you cannot ask for maintenance from your husband but still you can ask for your duaghter maintenance.
