hello how are you you have the options regarding to withdraw the mutual divorce if the MOUu is not satisfying you you can directly withdraw this mutual divorce petition in the family court were you have file, and the second is you can go for a contested divorce either , it is important in mutual divorce agreement is settlement of both the party when the condition agreed by both the party then only you can go for a mutual divorce or else you just go for a contested divorce.

hello whatever it may be if you want Khula you can send the notice acceptance and declaration,both the party sign in front of witnesses and then you will issue the Khula certificate from the concern qazi department and if you want you can go for divorce in the family court and for kids you can go for custody of your children in any family court wherever you belongs to in which jurisdiction, thanks.

since 2019 the status shows issue fresh summons to the accused and the date is changed everytime, but it hasnt reached me till date i dont want to go to court without summons is it ok to avoid till i receive a summonis it OK to avoid court till i receive a summon
