Q: Deterrent document before divorce

I m married for 10 years and have a 3 year old daughter. Love marriage and my husband has been cheating on me since 2018 and i have proofs. I tried to reconcile but it has been emotionally abusive relationship. He is available only for baby. i am earning and we have been separate for 3 months and I want to send a formal document that i intend to divorce more to deter him as a first step and then proceed finally with divorce if he doesnt respond. My demands - just peace of mind, no alimony & baby

hello ,you can file a petition for divorce on the bench of the district judge for a contested divorce ,after receiving the notice from court he fails to appear then the order will be in your favour ,and moreover you can ask him for maintenance amount as you are the legal wife.

hello , sure you both can amicably resolve this by filing mutual divorce with consent of both on the bench of district judge ,max it done in 3 months after the filing take place ,may I know your marriage perform at which city and more details.

Q: Need permission to keep my hotel open till 12pm

Dear sir, per government order all hotels restaurants and food joints are allowed till 1 pm in Hyderabad. But local police threatn us to close at 11pm. Need help to sort this issue

hello, may I know the more details like briefly mention your details like hotel name place etc,sure we will give legal remedy if your hotel is in complete following the norms. moreover if you already given any warning like not following the law then it will be little difficult to get the order.

I married a women, she cheated me that she already had diverse and still court case is running. After marriage i know this. Can i file annulment.can a women run on divorce and with first husband and annulment case with second husband simultaniously.

hello,yes, you can file a null and void case against your respondent to end the relationship. If she is already in a relationship and pending the case, all the evidence you can collect and file a case.
