Q: section 9 applied in court last year

I applied last year section after one year recently my wife replied that I was manhandled and dowry harassed. but those are false statements. suggest me, please.

sir I've understood your problem if u haven't done anything troubling your spouse or harassing her then you can file in return a cae of causing mental cruelty to you under law hopebthis will be helpful

Q: Family issues with mother in law and husband for harassment amd money

Okay. It's been 4years of my marriage n had small clashes between our families. I had a psychological problem as well for 3months in the starting of the marriage. It sorted after few months. I hv been in a toxic relationship n hv a son too. My husband n MIL has raised hand due small issue n said to leave the house many times. Listening every time like this. I left home currently n staying in mom's home. Thinking to file a FIR for beating me against them for using my salary as well. Please advise

yes madam you can file a case against ur in laws for the domestic violence under hindu marriage act as well as the laws which are accordingly helpful and also so thereby please do file a fir for domestic violence and mental cruelty and harassment asit caused u trauma.

Q: my in laws not allowing me into my home

instead of minor miss understandings between me and my husband my mother in law is not allowing me into my home saying either me or my husband will die basing on astrology . now i wanna live with my husband what shall i do ? please suggest me

madam I've gone through your query and according to my observation it is mentioned that either of spouse would die according to astrology is wrong and thereby we can file a case for rcr against your mother in law and claim your rights under hindu marriage act 1955 .

yes sir I've got your case as u can file for the restitution of conjugal rights against your wife as you don't want to divorce her and want to be with her and also file a case against your mother in law for instigating her and also as mentioned no counselling is required a registration of fir as this a process where so you can start a fresh case filing for rcr against your wife .hope this will be helpful.

Q: Counter Petition against Section 205

I am under divorce trial, my husband stays in US and his father is appearing in court. He filed section 205 to dispense his personal attendance stating his company is not giving him permission or leave to come to India. and allow his father to represent on his behalf. Now we need to file a counter against this. Can you please help what to say in counter against he not coming to India due to no permission granted from his company.

yes madam you can ho for the ex partee decree whereby mentioning that your husband is not willing to come to court for the trial and his father is appearing on his behalf thereby you can seek help for the ex parte decree and mentioning the reasons for divorce and urgency so the vourt can permit you a divorce
