As I you are saying tht u have been convicted under NI act by Karkardooma court now u have to file a appeal of Ur conviction from Karkardooma court Delhi in Delhi High court but as Ur saying the chances of relief u want to know in tht case first we have see the order of conviction from Karkardooma court then only we can help us .but if any chances are there tht is for sure u will get relief but loopholes must be there in Ur case then only relief can be sought.

You may file an appeal against conviction before the court of sessions at Karkardooma only. No need to go to high court. Till disposed of the appeal conviction can be suspended. We will further advice you legally after meeting only. Plz come with Documents and final judgement
