How to withdraw a cheque bounce case

08-Apr-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have filed a case against debtor for cheque return on behalf of company in the court. I am no longer employee of that company so please suggest how to withdraw my complaint as company is not paying me anything for attending court proceedings

Don't Attend the court. Company will appoint another person for their case if they are really concern. When you have left the job now it is not your responsibility to go to the court and attend the case.

You can not withdraw the case as you are on behalf of the company. if you get notice from the court to further proceedings then you can write to the court that now i am not the employee of the company.

Its the matter of company to give new person to answer to that matter.

Dear Client,

Thank you for writing your query,

As per your statement this cheque bounce case you have only filed by approaching an advocate, so here you felt like the advocate is cheating by charging differential amounts, have you paid him anything before and what is the cheque amount, see here it’s a cheque issue. Do you know its matters more than a money as per RBI announcements and it’s under a negotiable instrument act, normally anyone who do this kind of mistakes like issuing cheque but not ready to realize it, then they are definitely penalized as per court of law.
Now you will have still a right time to proceed with the same case by the advocate and ask him to take it to the court and attend the session, if you feel better to take it back just intimate your advocate i want to take it back or else do nothing that will be dismissed by the court.
