You need to appear in court of law with your advocate alongwith your bail application. You will get bail in this matter then for further proceedings be prepared with your justified reply to the complaint filed against you. Please dont miss the date of hearing in court.

As the bajaj has filed a case against you in court you have to appear before the court. You can pay in installmemts in court if you dnt have money. If you have signed and given the cheque you have to pay. Or else there can be penalty on you also you can be send to jail. Cpntact me further for more clarification

You may hire an advocate to contest your case on the date of hearing. On seeing the complaint and documents only the lawyer can advise you properly. Don't take it lightly. It is a criminal case. In case the complainant succeed in their claim, you may have to pay double the amount of the cheque and sentence for two years.
