You need to file insolvency petition under provincial insolvency act at district court having jurisdiction where you resides. Then court will appoint the interim reciever then your property would vest with the reciever and becomes divisible among creditors.

I should have been a law pass out in the year 2014.I had my own ambitions and dreams and wanted to work in Pune Lower Court.My parents never believed on my decisions and I went into the state of Depression because I was not allowed to do pursue career of my choice.I have been subjected to mental harassment by parents ,agony and cruelty. I have my papers pending and I told them I have one back.I am in Pune right now for my exams but in between I get harassed by them that if I don't complete they will not send me again.I want to raise my own money and do things which makes me happy.I have been writing legal articles for law firms. If detained against my will what legal actions can I take against them? Can I issue of writ of HC under Article 226.Can they interfere so much in my life that my fundamental rights are violated?

Yes you can definitely file writ in HC against them. As it is your fundamental right to study and live peacefully without any mental torture or harassment. See, they everything has its own limit but if they have crossed that then they are violating your fundamental right.
