Cheque bounce query in delhi-mumbai

If my account is in delhi and somebody has presented my cheque in mumbai and it gets bounced. Where will he/she file the case? In delhi or mumbai?
The Supreme Court had passed a landmark judgment to prevent multiplicity of proceedings. Earlier people would file cases where the drawer or drawee would reside. However, now, the case will be instituted where the cheque is deposited.
In this present situation, the case will be instituted in Mumbai.

Dear Client,
if the cheque belongs to Delhi
Bank/ branch, then in that case his jurisdiction arises at Delhi only, not at Mumbai, no matter where he has put the cheque or it got bounced.
