I have filed a complaint in Police station but there has been no action taken and also a court case of 20 lacs bounch cheque again no further action has been taken so far except long dates in the court. My dear client,
It is not clear from your question as to since when your case is pending trial in the court and whether the case has been properly pursued. As regards police complaint if the police does not take action you may approach the court u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. , or section 200 Cr. P.C. You may take my help if you so desire.

Sir,

You will have to share the details of the court case filed by you. Generally in cases for cheque bounce the Courts take a strict stand in favour of the complainant and you could possibly benefit from the same. But for that you have to share the details.
