you have various legal remedies to pursue this matter, both civil and criminal. it depends upon how much time has elapsed since the bouncing of cheque and based on that you can file a civil or a criminal complaint.

aapko usse ek legal notice serve karana hoga jo ki ek demand notice hota hai jisme ki usse pandrah din ka samay Diya jayega payment k liye aur agar vo in pandrah dino Mai bhe payment nai karta toh uske baad uspe cheque bounce ka case darj hoga. Lekin Mera yeh Janna zarrori hai ki ccheque bounce hue kitne din ho gaye?

cheque bounce has some time limit to file cheque bounce case. if the cheque bounce period is more than 30 days and is within 90 days of bank expiry then the same cheque can be represented in bank. if all time is over then civil recovery suit or labour case
