Abhi Wo Case Hum Log Haar Gaye Hain Abhi Kya Karein Hum Log Bahut Gareeb Hain. Usne 1 Lakh Ki Jagah 5 Lakh Cheque Me Bhar Diye The Aur Court Ne Bhi Fine Plus Saja Dono Suna Di Hain

First of all you should file an appeal against the order of conviction. Second thing you should do is try to get the matter comprise. If you have given evidence that you have given the cheque only as a security and the the amount has beed already paid, in trail then you have strong case in your appeal otherwise it is noting but a wild goose chase.
