In 2005 my family had a dispute like my father had a fight with his elder brother and it was like blood war with bamboo stick and my father mother were injured really hard and they were 5-6 people together hit my parents and my uncle comes in this to stop it and he also gets injured a few but my father was serious and could have died. Did you or your any familiar person make any complaint about the incident on that time?If yes, Then if any court proceedings is pending against your parents it can be quashed in the highcourt. For further Consultant you must have to tell more about the incident and the actions taken by your family.

यदि आपको झूठे केस में फंसाने की धमकी मिल रही है तो इस स्थिति में आपको पहल करनी चाहिए। आपको पहले इस बात की शिकायत अपने पास के थाने में और जिले के एसएसपी कार्यालय में डाक द्वारा प्रेषित करनी चाहिए और उस को मूल रशीद सहित अपने पास सुरक्षित रखें। यदि फिर भी प्राथमिकी दर्ज नहीं हो तो आप न्यायालय की ओर रुख कर सकते हैं।

Q: Regarding case status report of the FIR in which I was not chargesheet

Hi! I recently crack a government job exam and got finally selected. An FIR was registered against me and I was not chargesheeted by the I.O. During documents verification, I have told the DV conducting team regarding the same and provided them certified copy of the FIR & chargesheet (in which my name was excluded) . Chargesheet was filed by the I.O. against other accused 8 years ago . Now, the recruitment authority told me to bring any proof or document that you are not facing the trial in case

Get a certified copy of the recent order sheet of the case file. it will prove that you are not facing trial of that case. Find a local lawyer for the trial court of that case, he'll help you getting that certified copy.

Q: Exparte order in divorce case in wife's favour

Dear sir/madam, I have few ques1. Exparte order in divorce done in wife's favour, should I challenge in high court. I don't want to divorce my wife. 2. On what grounds high court can consider my appeal?3. My wife filed divorce case in 2022 and as per judge exparte order done in Jan 2023. But why then court passed order now in April 2025. In between I filed set aside application twice. 4. In between on 21 aug 24 and 16 oct 24 i could not appear due to medical reason but judge did not consider

if judge granted the decree of divorce then you must move to highcourt but if he only passed an order of exparte proceedings then you can seek an application praying to recall exparte order in Rule 9 order 13 of the CPC, 1908 Act and except this all the questions depends on the case file. so you can visit us to make an eye on your case file for appropriate advice.
