Q: Mujh criminal case khaatma karwana hai

Mne ek FIR karo thi 2018 me uska case abhi bhi chal rah hai aur m nahi chati ab case chale m khtam kar warna chati accused ko free karna chati hu

It depend upon the allegations you have made in the FIR. If alleged offences are compoundable you may compound the offence in the trial court. If alleged offences are not compoundable then you may file a petition u/s 482 CrPC to quash the proceedings on the basis of settlement between you and accused if nature of offence is private.

Q: Cheque Bounced Due To Stop Payment By Drawer

Person took 20 lac as loan ,all are online transaction and gave cheque which is bounced due to stop payment by drawer. Can we still file 138 ni act and will it be tougher to contest than insufficient balance. He admits the liability over whatsup.

Yes , you can file the complaint u/s 138 of NI act even if cheque has been dishonoured due to stop payment by drawer . As all the transaction are online(traceable)transaction it will be very easy to prove the liability. As you have told in your question that accused had already admitted the liability via whatsapp, it will also going to help your case.
