Q: Unauthorized repair, part replacement and missing(Tata motors)

I own a Tata Nexon (2024). Gave it to an authorized service center for minor bumper repair. Without consent, they repainted multiple panels, replaced all doors with mismatched ones, and now factory speakers are missing. No job card or approval exists. Matter is pending before Consumer Commission (CC 792/2025). Can this also amount to criminal breach of trust? Can I file a police complaint parallelly? What strategy should I follow?
