Hi sir, As per your details you can receive a summon before the pending date if you have not received a summon yet. But in case you ignored the summon NON BAILABLE WARRANT can be issued against you by the court. for details kindly provide the case details and please dm. Thanks

No action shall be due upon you until the summon is received. You can choose to wait for summon but it would be better if you file your vakalatnama in the case and let your lawyer defend your case. Either way soon or later summon would be served.

If you have been notified via email by the E-Courts system regarding a cheque bounce case filed against you, with a hearing scheduled for February 22nd, but have not yet received the summons at your residential address, it is imperative to address the matter proactively. While physical service of summons is a procedural requirement, the court may resort to alternative modes of service, such as affixing the notice at your property or publication in a newspaper, should personal service fail. You may verify the status of the summons and other case details on the E-Courts Portal by using your case number or party name. It is strongly advised to attend the hearing on the scheduled date, regardless of whether the summons has been physically served, to prevent the court from proceeding ex parte or issuing a non-bailable warrant. Retaining legal counsel to ascertain the status of summons and ensure your representation before the court is crucial to safeguarding your legal rights and interests.

I understand your query related to your case if the summon has not received yet then you have not to appear before any court and after receiving summon you have to follow the process of law. If you need any help from us then call me

You will get the summons as per the procedure of the court, but if you didn't intentionally appear before court after receiving of summons then the court can pass adverse order against you, like warrants. So it is advisable to appear before the court on the next date of hearing.
