Q: I Am In Cisf Whenever Go Leave 3 Cousin All In Police Abuses Me Family

I am in cisf three cousins all in bihar police at first they didn't allow to construct me house on my own fathers land since 5 years without any reason neither listened to panchayat ppl neither anyone at that time all 3 cousins also abused me my department cisf, my wife, my kids give death threat openly drinks beer. Shows bad symbol to wife passes comment beated one of my brother in chest aftet all efforts went in vain i informed my department cisf and then dig/ips sir from cisf sent an do letter to sp of my district the three brothers were called to police station warned by police officials and police instructed them that allow him to make house as u all have already taken ur share why not allowing him to make house then i started construction but still sometimes they abuse me publically, shows bad symbol to wife, gives beating threat, abuses uses inappropriate language drinks beer in dry state bihar. And abuses women me my kids. Tell ipc under which can i file complaint against them
