Q: Quashing of False and Retaliatory FIR under Section 528 BNSS

I seek legal advice regarding quashing of FIR No. 181/25 registered at Rohtas Police Station, Bihar. The FIR is completely false and retaliatory, arising from an ongoing family dispute and earlier FIR No. 325/24. Police have issued a notice under Section 35 BNSS and indicated that a chargesheet may be filed. What remedies are available before Patna High Court under Section 528 BNSS? What documents are required, and can proceedings be stayed?

you can file a quashing petition in Patna High Court to quash the FIR , but before that it is important to know what sections are mentioned in FIR whether the family members included in FIR need to file bail or not. Agar ap safe feel nhi kar rhi ha to mat jaiye, apko decide karna hoga ap jana chahti h ya nhi.. agar safe feel nh kr rhi h to ek apprehension application police station me submit kr sakti hai fir sath me ja sakti hai. aur agar nhi jana h to mediation continue karne se mana kr de and divorce file kr de.ap chahe to call pr baat kr skti hai regarding this matter .Thanks and Regards

I am a pensioner retired 31st January 2000.I have joined the college 2nd julay 1976 and government given affiliation my college 1977 to 1978th batch to cautiously .My post has sanctioned by the government in 1982 and my pension also counted from 1982 but as per supreme court decision pensioner service length will be counted as per joining but CAG Bihar is not accepting

my native home is Ahirauli, Buxar, Bihar. My parents had four daughters and one son ,of them youngest daughter died in 2008 and the brother died in 1996, I used to financially help my brother for studies and my parents , my ancestral land was not partioned between my father and his brother , my uncle used to sell the plots by taking the sign of my father , in 2004 my father gave the power of attorney to my mother who gave me some portion of the land in bakshish deed, in 2005 my uncle's younger son filed a case on me from behalf of my father claiming that I have fraudulently taken the bakshish, and document is not correct, my father died in 2005 still this case is pending, in 2004 uncle's younger son made himself to be son of my father and changed his name reduced the age by 10 years gave another 10th exam made a new identity proof , in 2010 he took 50% of the land in his name via bakshish from my mother and my both the sisters supported him and still they are against me in all manner
