Q: Check bounce case has been filed against me. No summons recieved yet
A case has been filed against me in check bounce case by axis bank and hearing date is february 22nd . i was informed through email by E-courts but no summons have been received at home address yet. What happens if i don't recieve summons. Is there anyway i can check the summons online?

Dear Sir/Ma'am I am in huge debt of about 1.25 cr from private people. They are holding my cheques as well. I have a job which pays me about 1 lac per month. I am married with one kid. I dont know how to come out of it. I want to present my self to law so that a way can be pulled out, so that i can pay them and live my life too. if they put a case against me, i will be in jail. i dont want to loose my job and family. i have done many wrong things in my life, but now i am seeking guidance. pls gu

My sister's marriage is unregistered, she married within hindu customs, now she wants a divorce, no alimony required. Marriage in March 2024. It will be a mutual divorce. What's the procedure for this?

Q: MY QUESTION IS NOT ABOUT CHEQUE BOUNCE , IS A GENERAL QUESTION PLEASE
HEY I ONE DAY I GO DELHI UNIVERSITY TO PAY LATE EXAM FEE , BUT THEY ACCEPT ONLY THROUGH DD. THAT WAS A LAST DAY OF EXAM FEE. SOME STUDENT DID NOT HAVE CHEQUE FOR DEMAND DRAFT THEY AAVE CASH OR ONLINE. THEN I THOSE WHO DI NOT HAVE CHEQUE FOR DD. I GIVE THAM MY CHEKQUE WITH ORIGINAL SIGN ALL DETAILS ARE RIGH ON CHECK AND FILL AMOUNT WHICH WAS FEE AMOUNT AND SIGN MY ORIGINAL THAT IS IN BANK. BUT I CHARGE 500 RS ONLY TO GIVE MY CHEQUE , IS THAT ILLEGAL IF I GIVE MY ORIGINAL CHEQUE.

Husbands lawyer asked for mediation when we filed dv case. He wants to settle joint property actually which is in our both the names. i had paid around Rs.15 lacs for purchase and he is paying all the emis.
