You need to file an application before the court for cancellation of NBW that is issued against you. And along with the application an affidavit will also be attested by the oath commissioner and then on the next date of hearing you need to present before the court with one surety.

If a Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) has been issued against you in a loan recovery case, it likely means that you failed to appear before the court despite being summoned. The appropriate legal step is to file an application for cancellation or recall of the NBW before the same court which issued it. You will need to appear personally before the court, along with a petition stating the reasons for your non-appearance and expressing your willingness to cooperate with the proceedings. The court may consider recalling the warrant upon your appearance and submission of a justified explanation. In some cases, you may also need to apply for anticipatory bail to avoid arrest before reaching court. I recommend taking prompt legal action and engaging a lawyer to represent you in court to seek cancellation of the NBW at the earliest, as delay may complicate matters.
