If your tenant is stilling living there you should first send the legal notice to vacate the house within in 7 days . After serving the legal notice he refused to the vacate the house . Then you have to approach for directions to vacate

Yes if you want to go / visit abu dhabi. You can file travel permission Noc in concern jurisdictional court. If you have not any pending criminal case against you then you have no objections to travel. There is not mandatory law to take permission from husband for travelling outside the country.

Yes you can file a divorce petition along with maintenance Against your husband . You have a daughter so your daughter can file for share in the property. If the property is ancestral your daughter has right from birth

I got an old payment from a person in cheque And that person lives in West Bengal and now he doesn’t pick up my call and even blocked me on calls and WhatsApp now what should I do? His cheques bounced again I got three cheques from him now. What should I do? If if I file a case against him, then will I get my money back i have all the bounced cheque it. If you have received cheque for discharging the legaly enforceable debt. If you have already bounces cheque then first send a legal Notice recovery of cheque amount. if failure to make payment then you can file a cheque bounce case
Q: Issue in Money recovery from a friend, who tried to defraud too
A friend is not returning my money. The details are there in a notary-acknowledged document. He even made his friend talk to me as his father over a call, who asked for more money.
