Q: Owner Is Not Refunding My Token Amount

Last month I had book 2bkh resale flat and given token amount to owner however due to some reason I had cancelled the deal now owner is not refunding my token amount. What should I do please advise me

file a suit and complaint before the concerned court with respect to recovery and fraud of the amount paid by you to the flat owner for the pirone of purchasing flat. also See the concern agreement under which you have paid token amount

Q: Reconsider application to trial judge to reverse IPC Cr PC 87 warrant

Judge issue Warrant u/s IPC CrPC 87 on preprinted form. Judge no mention his reasons. My advocate say not advisable to approach Sessions court. He tell me we make Reconsider application to trial judge to reverse order because judge make mistake. I need second opinion.

The trial court will deal with the matter, no need to approach the session court. don't worry the Advocate was right in his/her approach. his opinion was in right direction. warrant can be Cancelled by the trial court.

An NBW issued to me against a loan case in which banker filed a case and i want to cancel it in court.

yes it can be Cancelled. but before that you should discuss the entire case with me as soon as possible otherwise police may arrest you at Point of time. once a person is arrested it is very difficult to get him out of jail.

Q: Mother and father abuses the child and father is a civil servant (IRS)

I'm fighting a Domestic Violence case which will lead to the fall of the BJP Government. This DV complaint includes child abuse by mother and bribery by father. Mother abuses the child and father is a civil servant. The child has been expelled from 5 schools for showing symptoms of child abuse. All civil servants, The police or the government commissions refuse to acknowledge the complaint.

you can approach the court for enforcement of your fundamental right to education and can file against the delinquent and if your cause is genuine, the court will pass appropriate order in your favour, including readmission of the child in the school and may pass other orders.
