Q: Pocso7/8 . I m the accused . Please help

I am the accused in pocso7/8 . It's been 1 year but victim and informant is not coming to court for chief examination. They just did FIR and now escaping to come to court. Summon has been issued but still they are not appearing in court. Just because I am accused I am going through the trouble. My lawyer is also not taking any step as he only care about his fees and judge is only giving date. I don't want to go high court and pay another lawyer fees. Judge and lawyers are irresponsible

let it be it's your choice not to approach the high court or engage another lawyer. but by not making decisions only you will suffer. Better, engage another lawyer, who is more interested in execution of your case and his fee as well.

Q: Return RC submitted in Delhi High Court for surety

How can I get my RC submitted in Delhi High court for surety in a case.The case has been finalised and dismissed.

First of all I have two questions 1. the case in security/surety given was a criminal case? or the case in security/surety given was a civil case? let it be. to get your RC from the high court you need to file an application for discharge of surety and release of your RC.

Q: how to intitate the inquiry for fraud by police in civil dress,

in maintenance case wife submitted the rent agreement of delhi and see does not pay rent to landloard and does not stay. I want to intitate the inquiry so that police in civil dress, can enquire the landloard and neighbours about her stay and how much money landloard was receiving for this rented document. do i need to file police complaint or u/s 200 private complaint to magistrate.

no you should pray for the appointment of the local commissioner, local commissioner is an advocate appointed by the court who will visit the tenanted premises and will submit a report before the Court in which the DV case is pending for adjudication.

Q: Certified Copy Of Streedhan List Submitted By Wife Not Being Provided

I applied online RTI to obtain certified copy of streedhan list but CAW cell of delhi police shared copy of complaint which I already obtained earlier through online RTI. How can I get certified copy of streedhan list for future legal battle , I have submitted my response to the streedhan list as well. As of now I have only normal copy of streedhan list handed over to me by EO during session.

is the charge sheet has been filed in the court of law? if yes, then I can help you and if your case is pending at Delhi . otherwise wait for some period, police will file all the documents in the court of law that time you can get a certificate copy of all the documents including the investigation and list of documents etc

Q: Security cheque presented by bank against loan default

Bank presented a undated security cheque after very long time and cheques were stopped long back,what to do now,bank put current date and presented acct is also dormant for couple of years,does it still be a cheque bouncing case amt bounced is more then what is due to bank as on date

when did you hand over the cheque to the bank ? when did you stop the cheque for payment?since what time the account is dormant? have received any notice from the bank towards the bounce cheque? all the questions are relevant for deciding your question
