What steps can be taken against bank giving threatening calls

I had settled my credit card of kotak mahindra bank on 28 feb 2018 but still i get threat call from bank for payment. I have settlement letter , I have mail from bank that initiate for settlement is sucessfull , I have that agent mobile no , I have a mail from bank of payment is sucessfull but i dnt have payment slip as agent said that settlement letter is everything Now agent or legal department threat me for court case , They only asking for payment , I always tell them i have proof but they replied show us payment slip , Settlement letter is useless . What Should i do now ? Should i wait for leagal notice or do some thing else . I have all relevent proof but have that payment slip that i pay in cash to agent during settlement letter sign .
Hello client hru.i have read ur query as per which u have settled ur credit card dispute through kotak mainframe bank as well as u also have the settlement letter with as well as a email with u from the side of the bank still bank people.is treating u so in this case u have to take legal remedy to avoid this torture .

Sir you need to give them legal notice to harass you and you need to file.the suit for damages and injunction against the bank otherwise they did not stop and still continue to harass you and by this you get the damages as well.

Does the said slip say no dues if yes the file a complaint case before consumer forum or file a complaint case for cheating against bank or share me the settlement letter then will able to guide you for the next steps.

It would be better for you to send a reply to bank in form of notice with proof of payment and incase they don't stop the harassment you can lodge a complaint by giving the mobile number and time and date of call

Yes wait for legal notice and also make complaint to bank on their portal for inconvenience you are facing. may be agent is fake and not related to bank on their rolls. So i only suggest you to make complaint to bank.
