In this Regard you don't have to pay any amount in this regard as the agreement is between Bank and your employer. and also time gap is more than 15 years.

Do have the details of those two employees,any contact number might be they are cheaters or fraud as they didn't reveal their identity. you can give in this matter lok adalat already directed employer to pay the amount.

This is with regard to a personal loan I had taken in a promotional campaign in company and EMI used to be paid by co. from wages remitted directly to Bank. My services were terminated in 2002 due to some internal politics EMI was stopped by co. In 2004 Bank filed a case before Lok Adalat. After seeing the termination letter from the employer about the retirement amount due from employer to me, on 22.02.2004 with the concurrence of Bank representative, Lok Adalat directed employer to pay the balance loan amount from the retiremental amount within one week and to give back balance to me. This was agreed to by the Bank representative in 2004 and was supposed to interact with the employer. Whereas on 7 August 2018 after about 15 years two people came to me, saying to be from Bank without any identity, for the balance amount since it was alleged that the amount had not been paid by the employer.
