Senior citizen harassment by elder son and his police friends.

I am 73 so as my wife and I have younger son of age 33, who is taking care of us.My elder son who is 39 is harassing three of us with his police friends and threatening and abusing and getting physical. Even after filing a complaint in police station. Police guys says aise toh complaint roj hum likhte hai and these policemen come with my elder son with fake complaints and harass us n my younger son specifically n threaten us for fake charges of drugs and etc.
you may consider the following options - escalating the complaint to the DCP and then the commissioner stating that no action is being taken on your complaint. filing a petition before the court of magistrate praying for directions in the police to take appropriate steps in the complaint filed by you. you may also consider filing a petition before the high court praying for urgent directions for protection. your wife may also consider filing a petition for protection from domestic violence from your son.
