Q: Got into an accident but didn't stopped as the person was armed

Actually today I got into an accident, while I was exiting a roundabout a motorcycle at a high speed crashed into my car.I had the indicators on but still he crashed . He was probably armed (its Delhi you know !) and so we didn't decide to stop our car and fled the scene, but at some distance to men followed us and told,"you can't escape we have your number plate on our camera " and then threatened us and told to pull over , but we knew it was still dangerous and so we didn't stop our car and fled! Just wanted to ask if I would get into any trouble because I didn't stopped ?

Q: Can a bank debit client's account after issuing no dues certificate

I want to ask if a bank has issued no dues certificate on 25.07.18 and handover to client on 14.08.18 can they debit the clients account on 28.08.18

 My dad met with an major road car accident on 15th Aug'2018. Although there is no third party damage but car thrashed with divider , He was admitted in the hospital from last 40 days. Presently ,he is slowly recovering but right now his vision is 0 % (Blind). He is a regular tax payer therefore, can I file compensation against his disability ?

Q: How to settle personal loan with the bank

I took an personnel loan from CitiFinancial and repaid all EMI's as I remember there were only 3-4 EMI's . Now Kotak bank employees they started calling and threatening and asking to clear the entire dues via phone calls.My family member he received an call from an person who represented himself as a court person from Delhi who informs that Non Bailable Warrant is issued in the name of customer, and he said bail cant be requested until 5 days upon arrest, you can contact the Bank advocate to discuss further and provided his number. Is it true? can bank file a lawsuit in court without issuing an legal notice to customer and If a lawsuit had been filed in the court the court will issue the summon to come and defend personally or issue a Non Bailable Warrant immediately.

Q: Bank not ready to waive off maintenance Charges on credit card

I have about 7,000 rupees charges against the credit card, all of which are only maintenance charges, I asked the bank repeatedly to waive these charges as my financial situation I'd like to see not good and I'm not even unemployed,however they seem adamant to make me pay, they've also sent me a legal notice, what do I do now, I'm feeling very tensed, my unemployment is already an issue, I don't even have any other source of income, Will I go to jail, please tell me what to do?
