An old woman, senior citizen, who stays in the ground floor harass my wife every day by abusing, creating nuisance and complaining to police on frivolous ground. Hello concern.
As i come across to your query the best possible way which i seems is to file a defamation case against her as she called police many times there is a record for this which you ask from police and file a complaint against her for defamation.

you can file a complaint claiming that they have filed false complaints against you u/s 182 and 211 ... you can further file a complaint for nuisance as per law both your complaints are maintainable...
In this regard, it is pertinent to mention that you can make a criminal complaint against the lady in the Police station. and thereafter if they do not register FIR then file a Section 156 (3) of the CrPC, 1973 before the concerned Magistrate seeking registration of FIR under relevant section of the Indian penal Code.
