LISTED IN PROMOTION PANNEL BUT NOT GETTING MY PROMOTION

sir, I am a defense person(IAF). presently posted in new Delhi. my name is listed in the promotion panel with sl.o.16.up to sl.o.41 already promoted on 1st July 2019 except myself. as my medical category is A4G4(P) due to service attributable accident. my accident happened due to the service year 2007. last 5 years I am working exceptionally good for this reason my name is listed in the promotion panel but due to my medical category service deny my promotion.is their any legal remedy.
Yes you can file an application with all legal reasoning before the chairperson of the AFT principal bench. Reasoning of medical category of 5 year old accident cannot be the ground for termination from promotion.
