I want to leve Indian army so want PREMATURE RETIRMENT

Sir i will complete 15 year service in 19 apr 2024 i am not willing to do the army job because
1 my father age os 83 so its my duty to take care
2 my wife unble to tacke my father
3 i am getting mentaly harassment for any small small things so physicaly and mental i am too tired to do this duty
Pleas advice me the procedure to get premature retirment
You can apply to seek voluntary retirement from the Indian Army. Based upon the terms and conditions of your Employment Contract and rules of the Army, you can get this Voluntary Retirement. However, you have to give the reasons which are eligible to be accepted by Army for giving you Voluntary Retirement.
