Retention of accommodation on children education ground

i stand posted to modified field from DGQA, Kanpur on completion of tenure in the middle of academic session of my child who is presently studying in class tenth (Xth). I requested for retention of accommodation prior proceeding on posting to new area. The authorities are refusing for the retention despite providing them various policies of GoI for retention of accommodation on children education grounds.
Kindly provide suitable solution
File a writ of Mandamus before Allahabad High Court herein Court will decide it on the basis of study of your child its a only option you have if concerned department has rejected your plea you must get relief.
