I had joined Army 2009. During training I was falsely accused and punished under AA in 2009. It's already been 10 years over of that trial. Now I want to file a complaint against the trail. Which complaint is legally considerable (Strat/ non strat) ? Please advise me to proceed on.
As the matter pertains to the service law and specially to the army summary court trial. Therefore we would require to study the papers and after reading the merit in the matter then definitely we can move before the relevant authority for an appropriate direction.
